We currently offer shipping within Lahore and surrounding areas in Pakistan. If you’re outside our standard delivery area, please contact us to check if we can accommodate your order or arrange alternative delivery options.

- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed.
- Estimated Delivery Time: The delivery time is typically between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within Lahore or surrounding areas.
- Same-Day Delivery: For urgent orders, same-day delivery is available within Lahore, subject to availability. Please contact us directly for same-day delivery options.
3. Shipping Charges
- Local Deliveries (within Lahore): Delivery charges are usually free for orders above a certain amount, which will be specified during checkout. For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee may apply.
- Outside Lahore: Shipping charges for deliveries outside Lahore may vary based on the delivery area. Please contact us for the specific shipping charges to your location.
4. Order Tracking

We take special care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our water bottles are securely packaged to avoid leakage or breakage during transportation.

- Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with the delivery (wrong address, unavailability of recipient, etc.), we will contact you to resolve the issue. In case of non-delivery due to incorrect information, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Maa Beverages does not offer international shipping. We only ship to locations within Pakistan.
9. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)
If there are issues with your order such as damaged items or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for returns or exchanges and cover the return shipping charges if the issue is on our part.
